Mayyor is implementing sustainable strategies to improve comfortability, energy efficiency, and GHG emissions reduction to improve new building performance in the Dr. Manuel Gea Gonzalez Hospital located in Mexico City.

Mayyor proposal aims at energy efficiencies through solar radiation reduction in exposed transparent surfaces. Improving comfortability, reducing CO2 emissions, and save energy consumption by 50% in the HVAC system.
Environmental Design
Sustainable Community Design in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.
Mayyor is implementing a collaborative and holistic design process to achieve sustainable development in 800 hectares in the Maya jungle. This Sustainable Development Roots into six main pillars: Community Planning, Natural Environment, Transportation, Buildings, Infrastructure, and Energy framed by the sustainable Triple Bottom Line.
