Area: 560,000 sqft

Location: Mexico City

Description: State of the Art facade covered by Prosolve 370e, and solar radiation protection, high-performance insulation system combining it with aluminum plates with insulation. Solar preheating water, saphire fire system in surgery rooms, and low energy consumption in lighting. High tech used a water treatment system and space-saving in the underground parking lot.

National Center of Investigation and Attention of Burnings 

Area: 270,000 sqft

Location: Mexico City

Description: Double glazing to protect hospitalized patients and capture the heat of the facade exposed to solar radiation. The Building Management System has integrated specialties such as HVAC, MEP, Elevators, Access Control, and lighting. Lighting system controlled by motion and sound sensors. Local limestone plates as a thermal envelope in the facade, and integrated natural color.
